Ben is a native of Annapolis, Maryland and an alumnus of Arizona State University and the Widener University Delaware School of Law, where he graduated with pro bono distinction. As a law student, Ben worked as a certified legal intern for the Chester County (PA) District Attorney’s Office, conducting preliminary hearings and conducting summary trials on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Barred in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2012, he turned his focus to civil practice, representing condominium and homeowner associations in breach of contract, construction defect, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy matters. Ben relocated to Virginia in 2018 and developed a multijurisdictional practice in first party and insurance defense litigation, representing a diverse portfolio of clients from the energy, hospitality and transportation industries.
Ben joined Sinnott Nuckols & Logan in 2020 and represents clients in all phases of civil litigation in both state and federal court and on appeal. He prides himself on leveraging sound legal principles and developing practical, business oriented solutions to help his clients obtain favorable results.
Ben is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Virginia and Pennsylvania State Bars and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid golfer, fan of all things motor-driven and prefers to be outdoors. Ben is also active in his community, serving on the Board of his local homeowners association.
